I stayed at this hotel with my friends and we all loved the clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast spread was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient, close to the transportation and train station.

Xmas at this hotel was a delight! We loved the spacious and clean rooms and the friendly staff. The breakfast menu had a great selection of sweet and savory items, and we particularly appreciated the gluten-free options. The location was convenient, being within walking distance of a shopping mall and having easy access to the main road. The free covered parking with direct access to the hotel was also a plus.

The dated and old-style furniture and interiors felt a bit stuffy and would benefit from some refurbishment. the pillow was not very comfortable, but this is more of a personal preference.

the room was large, superb and squeaky clean. I was even impressed by the value for money as the hotel offered many touches that are usually only found in much more expensive hotels. the staff was willing to go above and beyond to please guests.

Although the hotel had a good price and gluten-free breakfast choices, the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. the parking area was jammed, so instead of being able to enter and continue to exit, you had to back out on a busy street.
